Nothing to improve on he really was good not only with his medical knowledge but with my wife and myself. We didn't feel that we were being rushed and took time to explain everything to us and answered any of our questions.

It is absolutely appropriate to recognise, without ANY reservation, the efforts and performance of Dr Fawzi and his amazingly kind, caring, charming and efficient "Ali's Angels" (Debra Hedges, Abby Richardson, Sophie Owen and Jane Wright) - [Alphabetical Order]. All 5 have, over the extended period I have continued to be in need of, often urgent, care, attention, support, guidance, etc, been unfailing in their humanitarian and professional dedication. They are shining examples of all that is wonderful about the roles they perform so brilliantly and no praise could be too great. They are a great credit to themselves and the Trust. ALL DESERVE WOW!
